The funny thing is, two blocks from the border at Canoas you can walk or drive across with no hassle. There is no fence or anything. Of course if you are caught, bend over and spread 'em.

You can also fly to Coto47 from San Jose. It is then a 10 min, $5.00 taxi ride to pasa canoas. When you are not on a bus you can get through the border in less than 10 min. Have done it many times myself. Coto47 is just a small, small airfield with one shack for the airport. It sure beats the 9 hour bus trip. Costs about $75 for the plane. It leaves from right next to the international airport and there is only one flight per day. Leaves about 6 in the morning. You should have visited the many bars in Pasa Canoas. I have actually, after much sifting found a few very nice and beautiful ladies. And for $15 for half and hour it is a bargain. That incluces the room. There are about 5 of the bars and they are all on the Costa Rica side. You can cross into panama and then go to them if you want. There doesn't seem to be much of a problem crossing back and forth as the road runs right in between the 2 countries for miles. There are many side roads that go into both countries. You wouldn't want to go to far without your papers though. About 7-8 miles towards puerto armuellos from pasa canoas is a immigration check.
Good luck,

Traveling there for business in the next few weeks, can anyone give me a report on monger action in the area? I'd hate to be stuck in a quiet room with nothing but a beer.
Does any-one have current info. on Porto Limon (Girls, prices, safety)was there in the late 70s and it was great. But I was a lot younger, tougher and I'm sure more stupid back then.Thank's Dr.D.
Think of a trip there in the fall for diving but need to know what monger activity is like?
Has anyone out there heard of a club in Jaco, Costa Rica called something like “Vivas”? It is a strip club with Ticas, Nicas and Colombianas. I am aware of the Pancho Villa Bar which has a strip club/brothel upstairs … is there the possibility that “Vivas” is the actual name of the club upstairs over Pancho Villa? Or, are these two separate places?
Has anyone met a dancer in Jaco named Vanessa? She is a Nica with an average body, but an incredibly beautiful face, wonderful personality, 10+ GFE, and in bed she will absolutely suck you dry!!!! She is a wonderful girl and really tremendous in bed. She may be working at Vivas or Pancho Villa.
I recommend that you look up Vanessa. Her eyes will melt you, her personality will make you fall in love, and her blow-jobs will absolutely take you to Nirvana.
Let me know if anyone out there knows either Vivas or Vanessa.

Softball,
There is no decent hotel I would recommend in Puntarenas. Just pass through and forget that city. I had some job to do with my former boss in the city a few year ago, but we lived on my boss's boat for a week. I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. I visit Costa Rica at least 6 times a year but I will never travel to the city again.

Puenta Arenas is as dry as a mother Teresa's pussy. No action there and one hell of a junkyard. Avoid it at all costs.
Was in Jaco Beach last week. Not much going on. Hardly any action in so called Beetle Bar. All girls in San Jose know about it. Did see a great looking black skinned beauty at the Hotel Cocal, she looked eager but alas I was with my own supply from San Jose.
I have visited many times over the last 15 years. A great place for many years. I always ranked it a 6. Alas, it has fallen to a 2 or 3. Why? Marriott built a large resort nearby that caters to deep sea fisherman and golfers. The men staying there will pay chicas mucho money. Many are on big expense accounts or are clients being entertained by corporations. Consequently, all the chicas want to charge more and provide mucho less service. And the new code of chica conduct seems to be ''lie''. The Beatle Bar is the place to go-- maybe 75 chicas from 9pm to 2am. Later action at Nacho Daddy´s, Pancho Villa, and Cental Disco. The beach, surfing, and food is great. But with me finding only 1 good session in 6, it is disgusting. AVOID JACO.
I hear this is a great place to visit, but I'm wondering if there is any action there. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
Is it possible to travel by bus /buses from Jaco to Golfito? How about hitch-hiking? Or offering truck drivers some cash for a ride? I am interested in seeing property near Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Dominical, & Ballena. I am on my way to Playa Zancudo.
I stayed in Zancudo in August of 2001( took a bus from Coca Cola to Golfito - 6 1/2 hours) and was in Jaco this last March.I don't wish to rent a car and I am travelling alone. I don't want to waste time going from Jaco back to San Jose and then to Golfito. Want to see properties. Any suggestions? Thank you for your assistance!
Hi to all,
I've been in a travel agency to plan my summer vacation & they offered me a trip to
Playa Tambor.
As I've never been to CR I like to know if there's any action.
Thanks
Here this might help out I wonder how much has changed. Check this out Guys>>>>> Golfitos history is inextricably intertwined with the giiant transnational United Brands company locally known as La Yunai which first set up in the area in 1938. United Brands built schools, recruited doctors and police and brought prosperity to the area, but following fluctating banana prices,a three month strike and local unrest, they eventually decided Golfito was too much trouble and pulled out in a hurry in 1985.The town died and gained a Reputation for rampant unemployment, alcoholism, abandoned children,PROSTITUTION And General unrulliness. GEEEEEZZZ Guys this seems like a fun place. Why does no one post about the XXX scene here baffles me? Can a Costa Rican Monger who knows whats up post some info here? I can post some info on Accommadation here>>> Accommadation in Golfito comes in two varieties, swish places in The Zona Americana, catering to the buisnesspeople and shoppers at deposito, and decent, basic rooms in the pueblo civil. Some of the places to stay are Cabinas Playa Cacao,Esquinas Rainforest Lodge,Las Gaviotas and Samaoa Del Sur. Ok I posted What I can Now Can someone post good info here on The PROSTITUTION Scene in Golfito? Something still must exist here. Later,Sincerly Nibu Raphael.
OK nibu
I was in golfito 5 years ago. I can find working girls almost anywhere in Costa Rica including Limon, but not in Golfito. I was with 2 other guys and it was my birthday. This is how we ended up in Golfito because one of my friend John was going to take me there for a good time, for all the reasons that you mentioned. Me and Andrew my other friend were in San Jose banging these two 18 year old nicas when John said "Dino let me take you and Andrew to Golfito for a good time." "It sucked". Finely when John felt guilty for taking us there he said lets grab a cab and ask the cabbie they will know were the action is. We flagged down a cab and in Spanish asked him were we could find some action the response was great. Go to San Jose was his response. With that we went back to the hotel and left by plane the next day
I hope that helps you out.
