Quite questionable logic even if the point is to fight an ideological battle based on principles. As you say, you will not pay them money. However, you are still paying them what they ask, with their determined value of your time's worth, 1 day for 100 CHF.
When you are a prostitute addict and a money slave to them, every CHF counts and is directed towards the prostitutes. You sleep in your car (well the company car with the gas paid by the company), you have no other hobbies or just some excuses to convince yourself you have no addiction problem, like pretending you're a challenger for the rainbow Jersey when you ride a 95 % Taiwanese made piece of crap 4 months in the year, 90 km max every ride.

That's a poor exchange rate for a man in your position (I think). I don't know about you, but my time is worth much much more than 100 CHF per day. Six days in jail is worth several thousand CHF for me when a few hundred CHF was all I needed to lose. Unless your time is worth less than 4.17 CHF per hour, you lose and they still get what they want. All because of the irresponsible action of not addressing a problem because they did not write to you in French. All you had to do was call and I'm sure they would have sent you a correspondence written in French. You say they are not respecting international law, well neither did you when you were speeding through their country.
Do you ask justice to charge you? I don't. In Europe, justice have to prove and respect laws. If not, then no legal charge, and they abuse in Switzerland and know it, not letting You give a call, putting pressure on You. When they treat me like a criminal like they did, they will only get a criminal trained to resist to their pressure, but as I wrote, only my personal subjective way of thinking. When I m not a pimp robbering a girl money, I don t pay robbers. Even some opened brothels and Verbier, I didn't go on this year, because when late at job because of virus, I couldn t take risk to be put in jail when have to be daily on the field about safety, but will see in future. New car don t change anything when You are registered like a criminal, but I could still work in Switzerland they told me. Criminal but not terrorist yet. Only for flashes less than 120 km / h on autobahns, never under tunnels, when I kill my brakes in Switzerland. I now will spend much less money than before in Switzerland, just for pit stops in brothels, even I wish for my Verbier free ride on April 2022 , after great 5 runs for more than 3 hours, lift staff looking at me, on 2019, but getting older, but I know I can perform even better, like on my friend bicycle, running for my records, my motivation, my way of thinking.
There is an old joke: the Italians for trains, English for food and Swiss for tolerance, generosity and humor. Colonel Klink clearly had his ledgers out of order.
Mursenary is correct: you did paint a target on yourself and value some principle over mere $. The humor free Klink cannot even conceive of why you refuse to accept their version of reality or infallible bureaucracy. There is no grey in Switzerland. They love gold. Idi Amin, Russian Mafia and others on the lam are all welcome with money. The Swiss are nearly as bad as the city of London. Your protest will not deter them, and will probably do the opposite.

As we all know the lockdowns failed miserably pretty much all over Europe, just look at Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy and so on. A huge failure with damning effects on the economy and the general health.
Mursenary clearly loves Shoobree, his sugar cheeks, and being told "me love you long time". A rare match, though surprising. However, they should book a room, as this site is for the sport of bedding beautiful young women. Then again, it may be part of an immunity experiment.
I've got a fresh supply of gypsy tears in an amulet to guards against COVID, AIDS and democrats. Sadly, ignorant governments who do not have the best advice from Pistons, Fox News and other scholastic sources have thus far been unpersuaded by my miracle cure at border control. I put this down to conspiracy / UFO / Alien / CIA / Cover Up and general intrigue.

Why do I always have to put up with wannabe doctors who only knows 20 year old 101 literature at first grade?
I always like to stick to updated science:

Updates. It is a pro in terms of communication.

P.S. only read the text, and not the conclusion in that EMA PDF file I linked in my last post. As they are clearly trying to hide over the facts as seen here:

As always, wannabe doctors at all levels lie. So one needs to make use of common sense.
The selective pressures vaccines put on transmissibility has no direct effects on pathogenicity. But uneducated wannabes refuse to listen to reason. Much like Bolsonaro. So indeed, when you do get vaccine induced thrombocytopenia yourself, it was your doing.
He said irresponsible, not illegal. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Even in free speed sections of German autobahns, if you crash while going over 130 mph, even in limitless zones, you are still liable and can be charged with recklessness. The unrestricted speed areas just means that you cannot be charged with speeding. All other infractions still apply. Even in unrestricted stretches of the autobahn, if you crash while going 200 km / HR while going around a bend, you are liable for any damages to public property.
Why is it irresponsible to push as fast your car is able when this is legal, when you have no crash since so many hundreds thousands kilometers, mostly at night, but also under rain, on snow, figures talk, same like in FKK. I prepared to improve my first car BMW E21 Hartge 3 when I was only 21 with race engine air filter and injectors, I improved and drove daily for 15 years a RS500 Cosworth with race injectors, turbo and wastegate, making a race car with much harder balance from Bilstein. Today, guy who bought me, called me for a information about engine preparation, I told him she is made to put right foot full in, he told me she is more sporty than his Mustang Shelby 600 power, just normal: a race car will always be more sporty than a powerful car, and Americans are really not the sportiest, not for maximum speed, but in curves and for grip, so I told him: As soon I can, I will come, when he is close to Germany, to show him what is a race car grip and balance, we will try his Shelby pushing 280, when past beloved rodeo girl go to 250 , and maybe he will let me try the one I missed, but my rodeo girl was more exclusive, but fantastic karting Escort RS Cosworth, even bad luck just original 220 power, but a real karting for balance and grip. When he makes a impressive collection, but he drinks my passion. Should be fun and great adrenaline. I was so frustrated for 10 years with company cars, VW or BMW, but couldn't improve them, just boring cars, so happy when I could have again my own car, to improve, to make so much more interesting to drive, even very complicated about electronic with last one and Audi had to change engine under guaranty, wish will have better potential to perform, working on to improve, to feel more sensations, even nothing compare to ski or going downhill on narrow tires great bicycle able to climb the steepest when I wait for 2 here, when never saw any carbon climbing alone.
