Hi,
Some clarification please. Is it Building #5 and apartment #4?
Also, shouldn't it be "entre N why O" instead of "N why O"?
Mrsoulo
I suppose it should be entre N Y O, meaning between N and O.
-note, the forum editor has a bug which will convert lower case of "Y" to "why" and lower case of "N" to "and".

Troll?
TrippleDecker, you should probably know that you do not put any address on the "registration form" since about 3 years. In other words, there is no place at all where to write any address.

NOT a troll

(a) 2 part visa (be) Custom Declaration (3) a form on its bottom you write where you will stay (go) in Cuba. Passport officer collects half of visa and this form. Any way thanks for response, and those are genuine questions I asked. So if anyone knows more about this please comment.
Thanks

Thanks
You really only need to fill out the visa part if you are just a regular tourist and your not carrying any excess goods.
I go there several times a year. I was just there in Oct. I only ever give them the visa part.
I keep the other 2 pieces of paper in my pocket just in case but I've never been asked for them.

Is 200 cuc enough?
I go for the first time to Havana, is 200 CUC daily sufficient WITHOUT lodging?
I go for the first time to Havana, is 200 CUC daily sufficient WITHOUT lodging?
It depends upon circumstances! What shall we do with such an imprecise question?

200 CUC daily
I go for the first time to Havana, is 200 CUC daily sufficient WITHOUT lodging?
It depends on your lifestyle. But usually it is more than enough including lodging. It is in Cuba on earth, not in New York City.

Just making a count, chicas 50 cuc till 70 cuc in best cases, taxi + entrance in discos+ drinks 30 or 40 cuc, that leaves 100-120 cucfor daytime pleasure + food + drinks, it's close no?

Ok if I were in Cuba, which I will be next week:
Let's see, . Would definitely not do Havana. Too professional, and, for what, pressure, bad service, jaded chica, no, not me.
So I'm in another province, say "east of Havana".
Now what?
1. No discos.
2. Sit in a park and say hello to all the chicas that pass that I am interested in. Not looking for the pros. Not at all. Normal girls.
3. What will I say? I'll start with "hello can we talk for a moment". Then I'll make the date and invite her to my casa later. If I take her to eat or drink, $10. 00.
4. Sex will be great. She will never ask for a dime but I could give her $10 or $15 and she will be very very happy. (Knowing me, I'd probably give her a little bit more).
5. She is not clocking me, not looking to run home to child or mama. I've got her all night if that is what I wish.
6. Per day $ minimum for chica free or not more than $30.
It's funny right? Less is more! Sometimes you just don't get what you pay for.

I just wanted to add my 2 centados. Yes the provinces are cheaper BUT it can get boring really fast. If you are just going for sex then go to Havana. If you want a bit of challenge / adventure then leave Havana and explore the countryside. What I did last year is went from city hopping once I got bored in one place.

My question is when immigration interviewed me in little side room on arrival as well as I had an exit interview on my way back home. Is this going to become routine procedure any time I return back there or its random check up? Of course I do nothing wrong, just have some fun with girls over there and chillax. What one can expect there since they are unpredictable as commies. I do not want to be send back home with a "SEX TOURIST" sticker on my forehead.

I this going to become routine procedure every time I return back to Cuba or it was random interview. Or they do this just to shame and intimidate visitors which do not spend enought money to state institutions (I do not go to hotels, and I go to casas, private paladars and use private taxi as much as I can). What one can expect there since they are commies and unpredictable. Idea of being sent back home with SEX TURIST sticker on my forehead do not make me happy at all. I go there to chillax and have some fun with girls. I wish I can pvt you, because this is more kinda of private question.

I doubt it's because they think you're a "sex tourist". There are a hundred reasons you are flagged. Usually it's because someone with the same name and country is on a watch list. I knew a latin guy born in Guatemala with the same name as a guy from there on a watch list and he got stopped everytime he came. It could also be due to the stamps in your passport if you have a suspicious combination.
It could also be because you were wearing business clothes and had a laptop. They could have thought you needed a business visa and were coming in on a tourist visa. If they don't say anything or accuse you of something, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you're not bringing in anything you shouldn't bring in and you follow the rules of whatever country you are visiting you should not have any problems with customs anywhere. Do not chit chat with customs officers anywhere. Just answer whatever questions they ask truthfully for the most part. I've been plulled into secondary at least 3 or 4 times going into Cuba but it's never been a problem. They are just randomly checking people now and then. I've had them go through all my luggage and ask why I'm visiting Cuba and where I'm staying etc. All it does is slow me down a little but they are only doing their job. I've been to Cuba more than 30 times. I have never had them ask anything about girls or anything like that. One time they asked if I had any friends there and I said no. Once you arrive at your casa in Cuba as you know it's normal for the owner of the casa to take your visa and they take this to immigration the next day. Once this is done they know exactly where you are staying. If you move to another casa the same thing happens again. This is really a good thing for your own protection just like casa owners writing down a chicas carnet info. This is a way to track down the chica if she happened to steal from you etc plus the casa owner can also confirm the chicas indenity and age. If you want to sneak around Cuba and stay in illegal casas and bring back chicas without letting the casa owner's see their carnet you are taking some big chances. I don't think the Cuban authorities care too much about what a tourist is doing in Cuba as long as everything is legal and as long as you are not spending time with any chicas who are under 18. There really isn't much that goes on in Cuba that isn't being watch by someone. Follow the rules and you shoudn't have any problems. Be very careful of who you hang out with in Cuba and don't get fooled by people pretending to be your new best friend. Cuba and many other so called poor countries can be very dangerous if you don't follow the rules and are not careful. Taxis are fairly cheap in most of Cuba so after dark if you're not exactly sure of where you're going take one.
