Escobar main attraction of Colombia??
I read all comments, and some of them strengthened my original opinion, as they demonstrate a very narrow perspective. I will add some gasoline, just for the pleasure to lighten up the dialogue. Bear with me if I will be sharp. Trust me, if you meet me in person I am a kind one.
By the way, imagine the first reason of your trip to Medellin is not meeting local girls but for work, certainly with the pleasant side effect of the spare time at night (my case). Then, you will probably have lots of local acquaintances, not only from strip clubs but also from local companies, universities, whatever above the average level of people. If you had the patience to see at least some of the video report on Popeye, you had plenty of examples of all categories of people in Medellin.
Then, try the following experiments:
1) if you invite out for dinner some pretty local lady, say a young lawyer or professional, tell her that you tried to hit casas that afternoon;.
2) at lunch with your business partners, tell them that you want to take a "Pablo Escobar Tour" and ask advice.
In both cases, you'll get staring eyes and your success chances in your date or business will fall down to zero.
He is probably the most known person from Colombia in the world.
That's a limit of the observer, not of Colombia. Too bad for you. I think that the most famous persons of Colombia are Gabriel Garcia Marquez and Fernando Botero (born in Medellin). I hope you know them better than Escobar. If not, again it's a limit of the observer and of his narrow perspective angle. To know more:
Al Capone is not the most famous person from USA.
Are you sure? I heard about Al Capone when I was a kid a primary school, well before hearing the names of JFK, MLK or Michael Jackson (again, I admit it must be a limit of the observer).
The bottom line is: it depends on the observer's perspective.
And sometimes new travelers do not know the city or how to spend their downtime from the hobby .
That's the point. Plenty of information online, however.
But Medellin is not London, New York, or Chicago. Before I go to a new place I look on TripAdvisor under the things to do tab. I think the Escobar tour was one of the top things to do in Medellin.
Sure Medellin cannot compare that those mythical cities, I know you know I was trying to pull the paradox.
I think you also agree that using TripAdvisor alone as a "rating agency" for attractions, without adding some personal discernment, is a monumental mistake. TripAdvisor is made by people, and you know "democracy" does imply necessarily selection of the best qualified leaders (fans of The Donald, please bear with me).
I give you an example. Years ago, I travelled to Cuzco, Peru. To choose a good restaurant for the night, I had a look at TripAdvisor, to discover that the No. 1 ranked restaurant in Cuzco was some Australian Pub. One of the most enthusiast comments was by some Aussie guy: "They prepare the burgers EXACTLY as in Melbourne!" Amazing, right? I chose a lower-ranked restaurant, and I was extremely happy with the Peruvian Cuisine, one of the best renowned cuisines from Latin America (say like French or Italian from Europe).
Seeing that TripAdvisor lists Pablo Escobar as one of the main attractions in town confirms the limits of TripAdvisor and of its contributors, not of Colombia and Antioquia.
Wow I finally got it for FREE?
Ok, so there was this paisa who I had before. She was about 20, creative and spoke english. Really really pretty face, thin and we had great chemistry.
Anyway, she comes over after I get in and she is up front she is like "I still want to be with you, be friends but I don't want money" I was sort of shocked. I know we kept in touch and had a good connection. So we boned for a couple hours. It was awesome!!
Anyway, today I took a trip to Energy.
I can tell they are under new management. The mamasan is new. The line up was nice except it took more time then usual. I think her name was Malery or something. Cartoon tits and ass. Looks 22 but is actually 31. She was like half into it but had some hang ups. Like I really pressed for oral natural. She said yes but would check if any pre-cum came up and then would grab an alchol laden tissue and brush it off. It was sort of defeating. Also, no kissing and I couldn't even finish on her massive 34 D tits. All in all she was like. 6/10 but could have been 8/10 if she just played ball. But DAMM her ass is HUGE and she has those lipo abs. I have a lot more in store. Stay tuned!
Penthouse room for rent in El Centro Medellin
Hey everyone,
I know it can be a hassle to find accommodations that are chica friendly here sometimes. But I have some rooms for rent in my penthouse apartment. It is smack in the middle of El Centro. 50 dollars per night. Which is a great rate for a place like this. This is a 16th floor penthouse with the most spectacular views of Medellin you will find anywhere. We can't keep the girls away. Very easy to get any chick to come up here. And it's close to all the party spots in El Centro. If you have never been here before, or you are a seasoned veteran, you will love it. My roommate and I are happy to show you around and help you find a girl if you need. There is never a shortage of girls in this house. LOL. You get a private bedroom and private bathroom. The common are is available for you to use as well, and has a kitchen, dining room, pool table, a bar, and a big screen TV. You can contact me for more information and pictures of the place. I look forward to meeting you all and sharing my place with you.
