Another pearl on Rawdon Str. Is Guest Place at nr. 42. Rooms from 75 k-100 k SLL. Add 15% sales tax. What can I say for 8 Euro one can't expect much.
I checked out Sweet Mother's Guesthouse. It was a disappointment. I really thought this place was going to be the ideal compromise between the higher and lower end accommodation. The hotel rooms are 37-50 USD (fan / AC) and the 'Bungalows' 50-75 USD (fan / AC). For 37 USD you don't get a particularly nice room without AC. And believe me it's usefull to have AC here. Don't expect the 'bungalows' to be anything grand. They are not. They are simply a room with a bed and a toilet with a shower. I would only recommend the 75 USD airconditioned rooms. They are nice and clean but for 75 USD you have more options. I also didn't like that they advertise their hotel rooms for 20 USD and 30 USD on Facebook while when I got there the minimum price for a room was 37 USD and for a bungalow 50 USD. Also don't think you are straight at the beach. You can't see the ocean. In front of the hotel is a concrete wall. You have to walk around 300 meters. And you are 7-8 km from central Freetown. Some of the bars here suggested are a couple of km's eastward from the city center. Then you would need to travel more than 10 km to go out. From a logistical point of view that wouldn't be ideal.
Maybe the best compromise I found until now is the YMCA at 37 Fort Street. This is a christian guesthouse and they offer an airconditioned spacious double with shower / toilet, airconditioning, fridge and T. V. For 350 k SLL. The place is what one could expect from a religiously inspired hotel. Boring but decent and clean and the good thing is they are sympathetic towards our hobby. I had the audacity to ask if I could bring sexworkers inside but I formulated it slightly different. I said 'considering you are a christian guesthouse would you mind if I bring a girl from outside in my room. ' His eye widened. He replied the following 'yes, we are a christian guesthouse but if we know she's with you it's ok as long as she doesn't start making trouble'. They also have single rooms without T. V. , Ac. Or fridge for 200 SLL. Shower and toilet outside but they are clean.
The best lower end is the Freetowninn in my opinion. You get a single that fits two for 150 SLL with AC and decent wifi in the rooms. They've also recently repainted all the rooms but they have a damp problem like all the hotels in this area. Also no luxury far from. But logistically sound.
I haven't been to SL for a couple of years but I doubt the centre has got any easier on the eye or nerves. It's a grid-locked abrasive hellhole but if you can deal with it, you're a tougher bastard than me. The population went up about 10 x during the War when people fled there from the East and stayed on.
If the centre truly doesn't bother you, then go for it and stay in the East End. That would be cheap and you'd be a local celebrity.
Forget what it cost but I stayed at Charms Beach. It's not on the beach or even within sight of it but it's a ten minute walk to the strip on Aberdeen. Yes, Aberdeen is a bubble but risking your life on the back of a motorbike to go to and from there from the so-called centre each day isn't worth the money saved on hotels.
Personally, I found someone I liked and took her to the beaches down the coast. Or found someone there. Or just got out of Freetown completely.

Bo supposedly should be good too. Loads of students.
Sir Neddy.
Back to work in Sex prison. Great West African shag tour in planning stages. Unless there is a cheap flight to Madagascar of course.

Yes, there is some hassle here but it's not that bad in my opinion. I felt unsafer in Tana. The tension is palpable there.
Checked out some of the places Camilo Cms recommended. Went to the Liberia Bar and to the place in front of Kadjibs Hotel in Wellington. Asked a keh keh (tuktuk) to bring me there. We didn't exchange a word. Just before we got there he turned his head around and said 'there many many bad people in there, watch for yourself. ' he was really adamant about that so I decided to go to another place just 150 m before the Liberia Bar, The Salones Bar. Pretty raw stuff. This is where the local boys of the hood go. On the rooftop there was a big terras playing some kind of Dancehall ragga. Think there was about 200-300 visitors and I was the only non black person there. Strangely enough I didn't get any looks. You probably can score there but many where in groups and there was not much dancing going on. Afterwards I did visit The Liberia Bar but it wasn't that busy nor was the bar with terras opposite Kadjibs Hotel. It was Saturday night.
Sunday I went to Royal Empire, this is in Garrison str. In the downtown area. In the weekends there is a cover charge of 20 k. Many people playing with their smartphones and like the other places a bit lame. Many playing with their phones little dancing. I didn’t like the place but you can score there. They have ST rooms. All the places I saw are not what I would call cash and carry mongering places. Your going to have to make an effort.
After the Royal Empire I went to The Suckle Pub on Aberdeen Rd. According to Camilo Cms the best place in Freetown. There where 6 blokes inside and not one girl. Not a single one. I'm not that impressed with the nightlife I've seen here until now.
I have an appointment with a girl I met on FB tomorrow. She turned 18 in Februari. I'm picking her up after school tomorrow.
I'm in Bo now but I'm leaving tomorrow morning to Freetown to catch the first flight home. You can sense the EU is going to shut it's borders. After a while the there will be no airlines operating as there are no customers flying in or out. Only god knows what is going to happen now. Worst case scenario you could be stuck in Africa for a couple of months. I'll write a report on Bo later.
"You can sense the EU is going to shut it's borders. ".
Done.
In Freetown you can take the official government bus to Bo near the junction of Rawdon Str. And Wallace Johnson Str. Tickets are 35 k and 5 k for the luggage (weight). Arrive at 5 o clock AM to queue for tickets. Bus leaves between 6 to 7 and you arrive in Bo around noon.
Bo is the second largest city of SL but it has the feel of a provincial city. No upscale restaurants, bakeries or ice cream parlours. There is a Lebanese canteen style restaurant called Rury's otherwise only African eateries. The city does have some nightlife.
Hotels.
Shoestring
Sir Milton Cheshire , Tikonko Rd. Not to be confused with the Sir Milton in town. Cheapest place in town. Rooms are 50 k. Bring your own sheets LOL.
Demby guesthouse , 3 Tikonko Rd. Filthy wh*rehouse quality. Rooms 60-80 k.
Budget
Heat and Cold , 42 Tikonko Rd. Cheap and cheerful. Good atmosphere. Rooms 100 k+. If you have stayed at Hotel Ody, Barracuda or Robinson Crusoe in Nosy Be you will probably be fine here. Reception area looks like an African corner shop. Has a restaurant on site serving local dishes between 12-20 k. Didn't sleep here but went to eat a couple of times. The young lads can also hook you up with a local girl if you wish. They are not hardcore rip offs.
Mid-range
Sahara Hotel , 4 Fatu Lane off Prince William Str. Rooms 100-250 k, breakfast included. I did stay here but they are not particularly friendly. They have 2 buildings. The building at the reception has rooms of similar quality as 'heat and cold'. I would only consider the rooms in the building opposite the reception to be mid-range. Ask to see the 'executive rooms' for 250 k with AC. Large comfortable beds, large rooms and clean shower / toilet. It's a first level of decency. Above you have similar rooms for 150 k without AC. Not to be confused with the other 'Sahara hotel'. This is the one at 'the watch tower'.
Sir Milton Hotel , 6 Kissy Town Rd. Rooms 150 - 350 k. Overpriced and rundown.
Madam Wokie Hotel , 25 Dambala Rd. Rooms 100 - 330 k. Overpriced and rundown.
If you want better you can stay at Doha's. Rooms are between 70-100 Euro / night.
Nightlife:
Dreams is kind of a 'beach bar'. Sand and sunshades. Rather low key, more a place you would take your girlfriend to. Same goes for The Palace. Your best bet is probably the Total petrol station area. On one side you have the Havana and on the other the Lamszal Plaza. I've heard it being described as the Total or Bo Plaza. They're all the same place.
Girls:
There is no union set price here. I was told ST is 50 to 100 k depending on the quality of the girl. 50 k is probably going to be second tier. Long time somewhere between 100 to 150 k. Before I left I had decided to go for 100 k LT but things worked out a bit differently. I pulled a girl from the Havana. I figured she wasn't a hardcore pro so I didn't negotiate before taking her with me. I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere. Anyway in the morning I was going to give her 150 k and I kept 50 k on the side just in case that wasn't enough but as she did her best and just kept on giving me sex every time she was about to leave LOL I just decided to give it all. She didn't count it but she saw the wad and she was happy.
I met a sweet girl from Bo on the bus from Freetown whom I was going to meet and the boys from Heat and Cold had set me up with a young university student short on cash. Unfortunately then the corona crisis started.
Generally there is not that much to do in Bo. It's also not a typical mongering destination. If you are limited in time you could be disappointed.

Bo sounds a lot cheaper then Freetown. There is still some flights. Reminds me of the Ebola times where flights were around 3000 usd. I'm back in Europe. But only for work. I prefer to get stuck in Africa any time.

Below a link from the National Tourist Board of Sierra Leone containing the majority of hotels and guesthouses in SL. Comes in quite handy if you go up country. Hotels and guesthouses are divided according to province.

Stuck at home due to the pandemic, and my mind takes me back to five months back. My sweet girl in sweet Salone. She takes care of her nephews and nieces in the day time and can't leave at night. So we meet in the afternoons at a friend's little shack in the neighborhood. There's one little window in the little room and I refuse to close it lest I suffocate or die of heat exhaustion.
The men in the neighborhood are all out for work and women sit under the shade of the trees outside and gossip, cook, mind the kids. And hear us fuck. After two hours of passionate sweaty sticky sex, when we open the heavy metal door and walk out, me in just my boxers and a little later, my girl in her top and towel, and sit on plastic chairs under the tree and get some fresh air. Hands behind my head and legs stretched out and apart, drained of all energy. And, sure enough, they are always there - 6-10 women looking at us and giggling and asking if we are okay?
"You make the opoto (gringo) work hard," a middle-aged mama said once, looking at my girl.
"First time you give her from front, and second time from the back," another mama moved her hips and clenched her fist, "we can hear you. " she told me as my girl buried her face in her hands.
All the women were laughing. "I like doggy too," a younger one said, and they all laughed again.
Earlier I used to find it awkward but then we all became friends and the conversations were friendly and therapeutic.
Once I was sitting outside waiting for my girl, talking to the women, and playing with the kids.
The next door neighbor brought me a dark brown tea; it looked like muddy water.
"Drink this herbal medicine," she said, "it makes you strong. " She made a fist and bit her lip.
It was actually good, like black tea with some herbs and sugar, and a grassy aftertaste.
My girl finally came over as I was finishing the tea. I offered her the last sip but before she could take the glass cup, another woman interjected in Krio and stopped her.
My girl blushed profusely when she found out what I was drinking. It had a local name I never picked up but my girl later explained that it was an aphrodisiac tea that men (in certain tribes) have after dinner and before they retire to their wives.
"Wait for ten minutes," the lady said to me while nursing her baby, and then turning to my girl, "you go and be ready, the chief is coming. ".
Seeing that the women were on a roll and would keep teasing her, she ran inside the room, closed the curtain, and nominally closed the metal door.
When I finally went inside, she was lying on her belly diagonally across the bed, completely naked with little beads of sweat all over her back and bottom.
I didn't even bother closing the metal door. The curtain was good enough as a screen. And while it let sounds out, it let the air in.
We had three rounds of intense sex in every position we could manage but typically finishing in doggy. We held each other and enjoyed the silence before starting again. During the last round she was moaning away as I thrust as hard as I could and my thighs spanked her juicy bottom. We could hear the women outside talking and laughing.
Who cared. We were so engrossed in our love-making. I was as sweaty as if I had just stepped out of a shower. My dick, as my girl teased me, "looked like a peanut shell. " "Your peanuts are inside me," she patted her abdomen, and we both laughed.
I got up and put my boxers on. They stuck to my skin. I finally emerged from the room, I collapsed in the chair and chugged down a 1 LT bottle of water. As I caught my breath and regained my composure, my girl came over and boldly held me and played with my hair. The women asked about the tea and laughed about everything they heard. They asked her if she wanted a pillow to sit on (she said no pillow, but she certainly wanted to sit down). In the afterglow, the only thing I distinctly remember was the neighbor lady who made me the tea saying something to the lines of "Now, you are a real Salone man. You know how to make your "ooman" happy. ".
When we went back to the room to dress up, she was sitting on the bed and I was standing in front of her hugging her when she reached into my boxers - "where's my peanut?" she used all her power to push me down on the bed, pull down my boxers, and suck me off until I had another dry orgasm. One of the very few times in my life when I could orgasm four times in four hours.
Sweet sweet salone. Pure, natural, and incredibly authentic!
Wow.
Great story. Wonderful!

Sweet sweet salone. Pure, natural, and incredibly authentic!
Now that's a great story! Do you have more of these stories? Would love to hear some!
And, how did you find this girl BTW?
Good story.
I spend quite a bit of time in Kenya and some years ago I rented an apartment on the top floor of a 3 storey block. Opposite me lived a lady around 40 who had a good job in town for a big company. Three times a week I used to have some of my regulars come around for overnighters. After a month at this apartment I would see the neighbour coming and going, meeting on the stairs etc. We would exchange pleasantries and she was a sexy thing always dressed well. One day I am on my way in and she is coming out so we start to chat. She asks if I am having anyone over tonight? I say maybe, why do you ask? She then goes on to ask me where are my manners? She gets to hear my bed rocking, girls moaning 3 times a week keeping her awake. So I go a bit red and start to apologize, but she says there is no need to apologize for the noise she is not bothered about that. She is just pissed off that I have never invited her in for her turn, why are those people getting the pleasure and not your friendly neighbour she says.
Hence she got invited in several ties after that.
Only in Africa.
And, how did you find this girl BTW?
Through a friend. In SL and Liberia, you find the best non-pro dates through your network. Helps to wine and dine a little (nothing fancy), bring gifts, and meet the parents to unlock the next level. And also take care of friends.
