Gisenyi has some very hot babes. Its about two hours drive out of the city of Kigali and there is a hotel there you can check into.
Haven't been to Ruhengeri but its on my list.
When in town, depending on where u are staying, they might come to you, instead of you going to them.
I am still in Kigali, hook up!

Interesting! Can you indicate the 'normal rate'? To compare: in Ghana it is approx. 3 times as much for LT.
Cheers - Hesekiels

Cheers - Hesekiels[/QUOTE]Did I overlook sth ? Was it only for ST ?? I dont have any idea about the "normal rate" but as the price level in east africa is higher than in ghana i paid a bit more, too, means 15.000 on average (cash exchange rate 7.000 - 7.200 = 1 Euro) for LT

Kigali Opportunities
I am currently in Kigali, and although I have not mongered [yet], there seem to be a few opportunities:
Hotel des Milles Collines: on Tuesday & Thursday, they have a live band. Last Tuesday a HOT 19 year old girl called Antoinette sad down and had a drink with me [a Coke for RWF 1,200]. I told her I wasn't interested in paying I'm young and enjoy the chase at times!], but she didn't fully understand. When I told her I want someone for fun, but am not interest in P4P, she quoted RWF 50,000 [just under $100]; I said no thanks, but she finished her Coke and we kissed for a long time before I left.
There are HOT women [better than ANYWHERE else in the region - Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania] everywhere in the city, and if someone makes a bit of an effort, it should be easy to pull for free or for a little gift / dinner.
Unfortunately, I am staying with friends and cannot bring anyone back here, but I will keep looking [haven't been to the clubs yet] and report back. I have also seen some women that look like SWs, but one can never be sure...

JP:
Hope you have a great time in Kigali! IMHO you did really great by not paying such an enormous amount! I am, however, certain that you can get a pretty girl at a much cheaper rate!
Please keep us updated, brother! Since I intend to go to Rwanda this year any new information about prices, venues etc would be highly appreciated!
Cheers - Hesekiels

Hesekiels,
Sorry for not reporting back sooner, but I never actually had a chance to 'play' while in Kigali.
However, the few nights I was at Milles Collines, there were definitely women there who would play. It is equally easy to get lucky with a foreign aid / NGO worker - and there are lots of them here, so itching to get laid.
However, it must be said that Rwandan women are BY FAR the most attractive Africans I have come across anywhere on the continent.
Happy hunting, and I'll report back when I head back if I do find some P4P opportunities.

[/QUOTE]Not that I'm challenging your observation but, what do you base that judgment on? Do Rwandans dress better, have better hair, mostly unique bodies, etc? I've been travelling for years looking for a destination to meet the optimum beauties. Maybe I should get another visa.

Slowalk,
First of all, my observations are based on being raised in Africa [but not being of African ethnicity]. Second, I have travelled / lived in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Sudan, South Africa, and Ethiopia, and as beautiful as some of the Ethiopians are, I have heard that enthusiasm can vary.
In any case, for the Rwandan's, I think that they learnt to dress and and groom well from the Belgians / French, and coupled with their genetics [tall, slim, fair] and friendly attitude, it makes them more attractive to me than the other groups I have come across.
I have heard that Kenyan women can be more enthusiastic, although quality appears to be a problem at times.
Each to their own - and good luck if you make it to Kigali again.

I've lived and/or worked in 14 African countries, and it's been my experience that the girls from Francophone African countries have more of a sense of style than those from English speaking countries. I guess it's the French influence. Of course, the food in French-African countries is also a hell of a lot better.

The Tutsi (I am aware of carefully using the tribal names Tutsi and Hutu! ) that I count among the most beautiful women in Africa, others are the Bobo in Burkina Faso in the vicinity of Bobo-Dioulasso

French influence in African style? Rubbish.

Have you ever stepped foot in Africa? I doubt it, what Goodenough says is spot on in fact. If you have spent any time in West Africa, you will notice the differences between French and English speaking countries.
