I stayed there once, IMO a 3* hotel. Clean enough, but I did not get much of a view (small dark alley). Close to Senado Square and you could walk to Lisboa (and if you can, even Sands, about 30min)....

I did not get that at Venetian, Holiday Inn or Sofitel. Did you complain?
