I admit, it's been a while since I have been back to Bahrain.
I don't see any mention of the old Rock Bottom / Rockies Cafe in Juffair. Did it finally shut down or was it renamed or??

Up in Bangkok, they have a mall, where you can find anything for you pc / laptop. You could get custom built desktop or laptop, pirated software, accessories, etc.
Is there a similar place in...

Yes, I already have the website saved and ready to use before entering.
My T-mobile sim card works ok here (using it now to get around local block), and I usually find wifi when out. So, no need...

Thanks very much for the reply.
I will only be there 1 week. Do they issue shorter, cheaper visas? Does kiosk take card or cash only?
Is Uber a reasonable option in Istanbul?
If you want,...

I guess you missed my comment about maybe asking an airport staff member if they could help me.
I have been to quite a few airports all around the world, do you want to compare lists? LOL.

Arrivals come in downstairs. I was thinking there would be a stairwell or just go to a gate and go down the Arrivals route. Worse case, ask an airport staff member.
Not sure why it's a big concern...

I thought it was pretty clear, as I had mentioned getting to KL. And getting back to CGK.
I did debate on just trying to find a way downstairs to Arrivals, in CGK, and skip flying to KL and back...

It's been a long time since I have had to do a visa run, but had no choice recently.
So, checked AirAsia and found the cheapest flight was up to KL and back the same day. I also checked flights to...

Which is easier / cheaper / faster / less hassle? Getting an online e-visa before arrival or just getting a visa on arrival when I get to IST?
Do taxis take cash only or will they take card only?...

That's typical of many Thai girls. Once in the room, they get shy with their bodies and want the lights turned down low.

It's been a while since I have been back to Bahrain (Juffair). Whatever happened to Rock Bottom / Rocky's cafe? Is it still there and full of Thai women?

I use T-mobile all over the world, even now. It's a handy way to bypass censors, like in Indonesia.

Ok, update.
Thanks to your suggestion, I generated a credible looking itinerary. Very easy to do.
And good thing too. It was not in Jakarta, but at my starting point in the US. The airline...

Thanks, I hate the crap shoot.
When I went there, back with the mandatory in-hotel quarantine, 5 months ago, it said I needed $XXXK (I forget value amount) of medical insurance. I went and paid...

OK, I have some upcoming work in Australia in 2 months. But first, I want to detour and spend some more time with my little Indo birdwatcher (her pic is in photo gallery). I am going to do the IDR500...

They never asked me about health insurance, going through arrivals and all the screening. They asked about everything else, but not health insurance.
I thought I already posted about this.

The plane was not very full.
Arrivals was like a cattle chute. They guide you from one station to the next. Was not bad and no long waits.
I thought I had to wait at airport for PCR test, but...

Sorry, but it was a crappy Holiday Inn Express. No Sheraton or Marriott for me.
I have no idea which hotels do tricks or will let guests in. I don't speak bahasa, so I don't know Jakarta like you...

My recent 6 night /7 day quarantine stint started with an after midnight check in, which hotel counted as night 1.
You get a room key, but it won't work. If you leve the room, they have to clean /...

I was never asked about medical insurance. Had to show visa, PCR test, passport in the US, Narita and at CGK.
Did not have to wait for PCR test results. Did the test and they directed me onward....

OK, has anyone else here recently entered Indonesia? Entry requirements state I need to have minimum US $100,000 international health insurance. Do they really check for this at the airport?

This my cute and sexy little delight I met, about 8 years ago. She turned into a voracious birdwatcher, about 4 years ago. And while I am not really into anal, she tried to give me her virgin ass...

It's my understanding that you MUST have a visa to enter Indonesia right now. Either tourist or work. No VOA.
And proof of medical insurance (US $100,000), I am looking for that right now.
Yes,...
