Bounty Hotel is way on the other side of poppies 2, close to the beach; noise no problem.
It's prices on internet seem high though, I seem to remember much lower prices at the reception.

It's 50.000 rupiah (5$) per night. And 40.000 rupiah per hour (or two), so no hassle. Prices after bargaining of course, you know it's Asia.
