My experience in BKK is that hotels anywhere in the city are more likely than not to be guest friendly. I have been caught out with a charge for bringing more than one guest at a time though.

I suggest you ask them at IBIS to be totally sure. Some hotels have a joiner fee for the second guest. Routinely THB1000, which will add to the cost of your 3-some.
