I can recommend Sofitel Sukhumvit, it's 5 stars hotel, I love it! The position is perfect, between soi 13 and 15, you can easly walk to soi cowboy or to Nana plaza and Thermae very close.

Dream hotel soi 15 is rated 5 stars hotel, it's a good option and is not expensive, it's inside the soi you have to walk 2 minutes to reach the Sukhumvit.
