Do not know about affiliation or not. Dream in Bangkok is on Soi 15. I used to get this room for about $50 a night including the best breakfast buffet. Up to about $75 a night now.

On Soi 2 they do provide a tuk tuk shuttle service but it stops at midnight. A moto taxi is usually only 20 baht though. Walking from Soi 7 will ultimately be about the same time and distance....
