I generally find the best deals on the hotel website that are better than Agoda and booking. For t21, less than 100 USD is uncommon, I think they had some sort of special early December last year....

I usually get a corner suite at the Landmark. Approx US 150.
Can't beat the location next to Nana and the BTS and, of course, very girl friendly and great gym in building next door. Corner suite...
