Is there any anma which accepted foreigners?

I went to several anma, but they rejected me because I'm foreigner.

I thought it because Covid situation back then, but right now government already...

Anybody knows about anma who accepted foreigner in corona situation like this?

I just went to gain and dao anmas but they said they are not accept foreigner.
