I've always liked Boss Sauna. Its not as flash at the more high end places, but still well run and comfortable.
They have been doing renovations, section by section, for a while now. Last I was...

Lots of replies to this, but just to add my bit.
Recently I flew into HKIA, arrived around 11 pm on a Thursday. I was at Boss Sauna around 12:30 am. Which I thought was not too bad going!

Last trip to Macau I reported that Holiday Spa was closed, well it's open again. Looks like someone paid the bills.
In fact, as a 'budget' Sauna, I found it rather good.
Staff have a nice vibe....

Hi UV.
Not sure how Whatspp works for this, but WeChat has a 'Discover People nearby' feature. It will list people who are nearby and often something of their profile. If your profile is public...

Found myself spending a day or so in Bali going and coming from other parts.
Flame Spa. Rainy late Saturday afternoon. Very friendly receptionist, but very busy. Had to come back after an hour,...

I cannot recall exactly, but it was in the 600 k region.

This, as others have noted, is a 'business hotel', so the facilities reflect this.
Its a new modern design and build, so everything works (including good Internet). The rooms are OK, just above...

Flying visit. Thanks CX for an unexpected cheap flight offer. Stayed at the Holiday Inn (not the Cotai one). Not expensive and convenient. But do not bother with the restaurant or swimming pool.

I get the environment issue about the use of resources, and esp. Fresh potable water. (Look at Cape Town, South Africa, where I lived when younger. Facing what could be a disaster.).
However, I...

Lord's Palace / LE Defence. Lord's Palace is 'closed for renovation' as the sign says on the door. I did my usual thing of walking from the MTR. I guy in the parking lot explained that they where...

Holiday Spa. Just near the Holiday Inn (but definitely not part off). Used to be called the Windsor Spa. Had a major makeover since those days. I used to use Windsor when I needed to chill for a few...

Yes, CV I agree. Also, if you arrive late evening or have had a busy day, and it is after midnight, then call and ask for a massage. Concierge will get it arranged. Had some pleasant experiences.

Just done a brief Easter break visit to BKK. Stayed at the Park Plaza again, and did the usual variety of massage place takeouts and other soapies.
I usually make a visit to Mitu in s33. I like...

Good hotel. Stayed here twice this year. Modern with nice rooms and convenient to almost everything. There is in room massage, legit but good. Also late late night massage, just be discreet, the...

Just to say that I concur with NB's view on the Raddisson Blu. It's modern, very well located but not really a Luxury Hotel.
Also, I am a Carlson Club Member. A short time back I was a concierge...

I am an occasional contributor to the Macau forum, and in the past the Dubai & Abu Dhabi forums, and have recently "rediscovered" Bangkok. My first visit to BKK a good few years ago was a bit of a...

The only thing you save when buying Shun Tak is probably the ferry tickets. I do not bother. The sauna all have menus that show the prices, so you know how much you are spending.

I am in BKK for a few days, one of which where I need to work for 4-5 hrs or so during the day. Rather than stay in my hotel room, I would like a spa or high end massage place. I am thinking a bit...

Recent reviewers did updates on Golden sauna, which is not often reviewed here.
I thought I would add to this, and also say something about*Supreme Sauna at the Fortuna*hotel. Also, at the end...

I am in Jakarta for a few days next week, for the first time, and have some afternoons to myself.
I am planning to visit some of the spa: probably*Malioboro,*Kartika*or Berlian. I might try one of...

Somewhat off topic...but I have travelled to Macau a fair number of times.
When at the passport / immigration desk (coming in or out) there is always a lone button on the desk. Without fail.

Decided to try this new place in the Casa Real Hotel.
I had never been to the Sanado, but I kind of know what it was, given the reviews on this site.
Well, I am pretty sure this place is...
