Go To The centro
In the center of the city everything is cheaper unless you go to the houses where you can see a different quality some are definitely worth it while some don't even bother unless that's your taste.

You some choices IMHO
The mansion has 2 locations. The Castillo which is at the top the hill, or the Mansion which reminds me of my college days with young girls in & out, if you want privacy then decision is simple.
