I had a look at the link you shared. There are a grand total of 28 girls there. The price is from 100-200 USD for an hour. Not cheap. Not plentiful. Not particularly attractive. And who even knows...

This thread is a scam. Almaty is not a good place for mongering. It is expensive, difficult to find, most hotels are not girl friendy or you have to pay a lot to get girls in.
