PV Open Again
I am here and can confirm that everything is open again. This being said, they just got hit by flooding from a hurricane, so several neighborhoods are still without water, but it is being restored...

I am not sure if they are open or not. I am here, but haven't ventured out. Many neighborhoods have been without water since the hurricane, then on top of it a water main broke a couple of days ago....
