Anybody hear of a "new" club named "Clube Casa Branca" in Copa. Supposed to be "similar" to HELP!.

I know there are TD rooms at Casarao. What are they like, descent or skeezy? Are there showers or some other facility for the girls (and us as well) to clean up before / after work?
