Do not know any of these hotels....Sky hotel is 20 000 (25euro) and there is a nightclub downstairs.... I would not go any cheaper than that price in Kigali...Just my opinion...

Most of places have been mentioned in previous reports... One guy mentioned that Sky hotel is very down market...Don't forget that these girls move around and end up in KBC also...By the way...
