Just entered Nuevo Laredo. Went to the CITEV building to get the usual FMM permit. They confirmed Reynosa was correct, online only and print when done.

Went in January 2024 via Reynosa.

Went to main Reynosa FMM office 2 hours before bus ride asking for the usual permit slip...
