Stay In Penang for few days just arrived and when to Cathay and Taiwan at around 11:35 pm, f*k! Why they close too early, what is really the closing time (also the opening time) , do they go day off...

Exactly but in 2 different venue (one at the Taiwan massage and the other one at my hotel at CITITEL.
