Glad to hear that like me, you had a pleasant experience at Classic recently.
It is easy to confuse oneself with the Indonesian Rupiah. Can I just confirm if you tipped them 10, 000 IDR or 100,...
-
Seemingly so. The majority of the clientele in my assessment at Classic were Asian (be it local Indonesians or Koreans, Chinese etc). Only spotted one or two bule and even an Indian (who technically...
-
That is a fair assessment Ko and am going to have to agree. Now that I think of it, South Jakarta is indeed a better start. Indeed, why go to Indonesia for a Russian lady? The performance / service...

I don't see the need really. I don't think the establishment is aiming for that. While others have said you can, in my view, Hotel Classic is very much an on site affair.

At the tail end of 5 nights in Jakarta. On all 5 nights went to Classic "Terminal 2", while visiting Hotel Travel once, maybe a little too early 7:30-8. 00pm and only stayed around 10 minutes. So, as...

Great report and photo. Thanks for that. How much did that set you back?
-
While you are contemplating who to call, you can flick thru the news on the comings & goings of airports & aviation! Great!

Very very very nice. What's the story behind this?

Pete33 and Smoothy, thank you very much for the fantastic photos. Absolutely top notch.

Thanks for the write up. It is also useful for other board member such as myself.

The new Ibis Vientiane is nearly complete and will be opening soon. It's always good to see an international braded hotel in Vientiane, more options for us. Keep an eye on Accor's 50% sale to get it...

I would like to say thank you for your efforts in this thread. The commentary from other board members is amusing too. Cheers.

Haha fantastic analogy. There is indeed plenty of jobs outside the P4P industry. Serving overpriced sundaes at Swensens will only pocket you 300 baht a day.
-
Go upstairs at Hearts of Darkness or the couches at Pontoon. You'll see Africans there most night being entertained by Khmer girls.
At Sharkies I saw an African American spending a fortune on...

Again, please read the thread and use the search function. You will surely find the info you are after. Good luck.

Please go ahead and read the thread. The info you require is there.

Yeah, don't spend too much time researching the hotel. For a weekend it's a non-issue. You can't see my posts immediately because my posts are approved before you can see them.

Go to Cherry and see if Vodka takes your fancy. She was more than wiling to please, ask her to choose another girl and report back here.

Stayed at VIE Hotel not too long ago. Guest friendly and steps away from BTS Ratchathewi. Here are some photos of what to expect.
-
Reasonable. Do make sure that includes air conditioning, towels, tv etc if you require it! I know that if you book on the Tune web site, you are prompted to select which amenities / services you...

Shane, where do you spend most of you time in Udon? Nutty Park, Day and Night etc?
-
Thanks for the heads up. I'll check it out on my next stay. Did you book ahead? This time I'm planning on just walking in and asking for a room. (Late June)

Above 11 on top of Fraser Suites, Sukhumvit Soi 11.
Check out the view from the hong naam!

I can understand your dilemma, but I would suggest not choosing a hotel solely based on what's in the basement or on the roof. You can always jump in a taxi and visit these places you mentioned.

Not quite Vientiane, but I can confirm that the My Dream Boutique Resort in Luang Prabang is guest friendly. Report to follow in Other Areas.
