It's easy to go to a clinic or doctor and get a prescription too. Hotel might even have physician on call. Not that difficult to get online prescription online before you depart home or from your own...

If any issues to purchase just ask hotel to recommend local doctor or clinic near the hotel, go there and request for prescription. For a few hundred pesos you will get a prescription that works...
