Is it appropriate to simply ask at the front desk to buy some Viagra or other ED pill or is there a way to be more low-key about it?

I am from North America and pretty much have USA & Canadian bra sizes memorized. But, when I travel to Europe, I see ads in which the girls list their bra size as something like "75B". I have no idea...
