I miss-read your post. Nana hotel is just across the street from the entrance of the Nana Entertainment Plaza on Soi 4, just 50 meters south of Sukhumvit road. I don't know if it was a condo or not....

I don't think so, it is just a small, 5 story hotel at the back of Soi 7/1. Nothing about it seems to be condo-ish. Very comfortable, great location, good staff. I highly recommend it.
