Yes it's girl friendly. Both Holiday Inns on Suk Soi 11 and Suk Soi 22. Haven't stayed at the other Holiday Inn locations though.

Sheraton Grand is girl friendly from my own experience. Crown Plaza I imagine would be as well since other IHG brands like Holiday Inn are girl friendly.
