Kingston is 100% GF. Good wifi in rooms and two free Internet terminals (laptops) in the lobby.

I stayed there last month, and it is GF. They ask for ID, but don't make a scene of it.
Rooms are nice, giving a 4-star sleep experience. Nice bathrooms too.

It doesn't come up on the Accor site, for whatever reason. You have to go to the hotel's website and then somewhere during booking you end up on the Accor website. Weird but true.

To make clear - the Athenee 1999 baht rate is good through September 30th, 2009. Bookings must be made by May 24th.
This is a Top Tier hotel - not unusual to see regular rooms going for 5000 baht....
