Camera Phones have gone beyond 2Mp but not available here yet. If I'm not mistaken, Samsung has a 5Mp model in Korea or Japan. They still have the limitations as I have pointed out earlier.

1. Nikon P1 (8Mp wi-fi Nikkor ED lens)
2. Sony DSC-N1 (8Mp Carl Zeiss lens 3" screen)
Bottom line camera is better than phone camera. I'm using a Nikon 5200...
