Scandalo is huge. Its 6 or 7 floors. The club area is big, the restaurant is big they even have a nice size patio part. The rooms very roomy and very nice.

I've been to Sao Paulo. I did not feel that way to me. Unless all of the girls a freelancers. I think Rio has more boates / clinics etc than Sao Paulo.

I know how to call a cab. But being able to walk to 20 prives is better than driving to 5. In Rio you can walk to a prive or boate or terma, then walk to a restaurant and eat then walk to another...

Rio is a better city for mongering. In Rio central I can walk to 20 prives, 10 boates and about 3 termas. In Sao Paulo, you can't walk from prives to boates then to another prive.
