You were right, I checked from the gsmworld and they say:
Myanmar Posts and Telecom***ications has not declared any active roaming agreements with other network operators.

Hi there,
Some web-sites mention that mobile phones are collected away when arriving to Myanmar and will be given back when leaving the country, is this true or not.
