Yes I corrected, for entry a PCR test less than 96 h was needed and their qrcode also.

But for leaving nothing is requested, its the destination that request things, for France as I was vaccinated...

And if you are fully vaccinated there is no need for a PCR test, but you have to create your QR Code anyway with their application.

For the visa now its only the online process, you must buy it...
