Staying at Tanzanite Executive Suites. And to my biggest shock, they don't allow guests in the room. Are there really any such hotels in Dar? Really spoiling the entire trip.

No. My guests were in my room only for a hour or a bit more. In any case, it was less than two hours. So, I believe that it was not required to book for 2 guests.

Yes. Anybody coming down by 50% should have been understood to be poor in service. Learned it the hard way though.
