Just returned from HK, overnight trip. Didn't have to pay $30 for the FMM and the clubs close at 3 am, not sure when they open up in the morning, but it was open at about 10:30.

The clubs closed back down in October, they are only operating out of the hotels.

Hopefully the clubs open up in a few weeks, seems like everything is starting to open.
