I don't know of any shore diving, but Sea Fun Divers has their own smaller boat and is a quality operation. The owner Rene is very helpful. I'd check that out.

Just back from Bonaire and I can report Pachi's is still closed. I spoke to a local and he said there was no guess when things on the island would open up to the point that opening would make sense....
