Try this place, the guys name is Carlos, speaks english, he quoted me rates of $30 per night. It is nearby the HDR, but appears nicer than the Morazon or the Delrey.

I stayed there my last visit, very pricey. The rooms are great as is the hotel in general but they were charging $25 per girl per trip in. I have heard the price has gone UP on the chica fee.
