I do find it odd that someone who complains about people paying $100 -- "that's what ruins it for everyone" -- doesn't seem to object to $15-20 chica fees. Kind of a contradiction, it seems to me.

The official taxi rate from the airport to San Jose is now $19.00, or at least it was in late June. Interbus is an option, and they charge $6.00, but you must reserve a space online at least 3 days...
