WARNING: ATMs
When I arrived at Kiev airport, i went to the ATM to get some cash. To my surprise my Bank of America debit card was blocked! I tried another card and it was blocked too!

Does anyone know if GSM SIM chips are available to "non-residents" in Kiev?
I know that in Russia, it is technically not allowed, but i always find some vendor to sell me one, with my passport.
