Good luck, in my opinion Moscow is way better. SP is good, but Moscow the sky is the limit. Decent budget and some hard work you will love it. You can not go wrong at either destination.

Moscow would be my first choice. Do not waste your time, resources or money with Kiev, very overrated, Russia so much better then any destination in Ukraine.

I have lived in St. Pet. And have been visiting Moscow frequently, lately. In my opinion Moscow is way better and at the price point now only slightly more expensive. I do like both places though.
