+1. Hotel Del Rey is finished and has been for over 1 year. It's never coming back, forget about it. It was an overpriced hotel and bar and IMO a real shit hole.

The owner of the Freebird has had the property for sale for the past few months. The website is working and the hotel is still operating as normal. I stayed there two months ago.

Let him know I want first dibs to buy the place.
