That's no appendix scar, that's a Mexican C section scar. They cut them like that in some Mexican hospitals. It's way too low on her for an appendix.

I have stayed in the Manport on Altamiriano, it's a bit cheaper than Villa Manport, and is in close proximity to el centro bars. Rooms are for 2 people so bringing a girl is not a problem.
