Its not really a high season in Ctg, the only thing that costs more money is the flight tickets into Colombia from Europe at least, not sure if the cost more from the USA.

No everything is fine in Ctg price wise, BUT if you are flying from Europe the airline tickets will be more expensive between the end of June and the begining of September.

That will probably be the start of holy week (or two), the two official holidays are the 5th & 6th April.

You should be fine in Ctg, as many places will be open to cater for the extra tourists.

Medellin is a lot cheaper than Ctg, you can live for half the cost in Medellin than Ctg, wether girls, apts, food, drinks etc., of comparable quality in each City, virtualy everything. The only one...

If I am talking about your map, I would suggest looking at your map again, the 1s are running from North to South, there are 6 of them, hence why I only said the first two in the North.

What you call Zone 1 in the North of the map is a so so area (the first two 1s), you have to be aware of what is going, especially at night.

The spit of land going off to the South West is fine.
