Don't kid yourself about Cartegena beaches unless dirty black colored sand and marginal-to-less than average local girls in bikinis is what you like.

Any have any thoughts if the Miss Colombia Beauty Pageant is worth the visit? Any thoughts on the night life during that weekend?
