Thanks C32. Do you happen to know what the other buses were? They weren't trolleys. Looked like regular U.S. city buses except they were crossing the border.

Stopped by the Convention Center to catch the Border Jumper and the ticket place was fenced off.
Walked over and noticed some new shiny buses crossing. Asked one of the drivers where to catch one...
