It partly depends on what kind of footwear your lady is wearing. As you said it is a mostly uphill walk so if she is wearing 4 inch heels it might not be a good trip for her.

Selegie road is just a few blocks from City Hall...
Selegie road is just a few blocks from City Hall and has a Hotel 81 and a Fragrance Hotel nearly side-by-side. Both are short time hotels.
