Nicely said. This is some "prime directive"-type stuff here. A fool and their money sis soon parted. This would be a perfect example of it.
-
Yes, but it has recovered some in the last week or so and hopefully will continue its upward trajectory in time for my arrival in the middle of May.
-
Just like most everything else in life, enjoy the good things while they are here. Tomorrow, they may not be here. 'Nuff said.

BINGO! That has exactly been my experience. Most, and I really do mean MOST women are not worthy of my monogamy.
Yep. In the end, the universe tends to unfold as it should.
Good post!

The place I stay in Chapinero (Cra8 at Cll57) runs between $20 - $25/ day (get weekly discount since I stay at least two weeks and no charge for visitors or any hassle.

I have found using Uber Black definitely cuts down on the ride cancellations / flakes.

I would add to this by saying confidence is right up there with money (or the illusion thereof) as the world's greatest aphrodisiac. When you have and employ both skillfully, you are slaying them...

Read and heed these wise words. I have seen this happen more (a lot more) than once.

No truer words have been spoken. Whether it is in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba or wherever in Latin America.

Well played Lt Cmdr. Well played indeed!

I like your style my man! I do something similar; but, I don't have more than 2 girls in a rotation (and these tend to be regular girls / prepagos) and I'm not picky about ethnicity / color. As far...

Great report! Love the detail and will make sure to try Agave Azul and Ask Peru when I travel to Bogot next.

Is Nately with his working girl there and is Milo spreading free enterprise (where everybody gets a share) in MDE?
-
Nice report! I always stay in Chapinero when I visit Bogotá; but, I may try the area around Parque 106 that you recommend. I need to get out of my comfort zone LOL.
-
I second your appraisal of Bogotá!
-
I have personally found Bogot cheaper than Rio de Janeiro in pretty much all areas.
-
This is very true. Same with the big banks. If you are going do this you need to set up a VPN to a thin client in the states and log into your work from that thin client. Also, use Google Fi to make...

I have always liked Chapinero. Good, safe area that is central to Santa Fe to the South and Parque Virrey to the North.
-
I can believe that. Colombian food for the most part is quite bland, especially compared to Mexican food.

Yep. In the immortal words of CPL Ray Person USMC. A nut-busted haji is a happy haji.

Thanks again for the golden advice you regularly give out. I am looking at coming there for about 3 weeks in November. One thing I would like to do that I have not done in my previous 2 trips to Rio...
