Ramada Bur Dubai is totally green
Based on recent experience. On 2 occasions just walked right in with a girl, was greeted by security guards, one at the door, the other by the elevator, and that was it. No I'd check, nothing.

I haven't tried Seaview, but many reviewers on TA say it's almost impossible to sleep there due to noise from the club / disco downstairs.
