Try WhatsApp- its free to download on android and will let you contact apple users as well those using android phones- I am not 100 % sure if you can contact blackberry users but I think it will work...

If your T mobile phone is locked then you got no chance- just take it to one of the phone shops and unblock it max charge should be 1000 dirhams.
