I suppose you must have already heard about Ratsky and Seaview. Quite good no. Of Filis there. Also you have Ratsky-2 in Ramada Intercontinental in Deira and another Ratsky-3 in Excelsior...

Ratsky in Karama Hotel is closed. In the same hotel you have Tantra Disco / Pub where I believe most PI are. Will be heading there first time tomorrow or Wed.

There is Ratsky 3 in Excelsior Hotel...
