You are thinking of either Embassy or Suddahta, both are currently under refurbishment. -

Wasn't many in Buddha, just a few quality. Toro Toro is right opposite Buddha under tower 2 and there seemed more working girls in there. Really high quality.

Stayed at Grosvenor House, it really is one of the very best hotels in the world.
Met two Swedish girls in Buddha bar, started at 5 K each got then for 3 K both all night, great fun, perfect...
